Record cleaning status (Yes, Not Required, or No) and methods used: high-pressure wash, air blow-down, or manual clean. Then check off areas inspected including tyres and tracks, undercarriage, wheel arches, trays, radiators, attachments, and mats.
Check for soil and mud, seeds, plant material, organic debris, and insects or pests. Flag high-risk biosecurity areas. Status is auto-calculated as Pass, Conditional, or Fail based on findings. Capture a signature and trigger follow-up if the result is not a Pass.
