Every truck, ute, excavator — on schedule. Service kits ready. Repairs logged. Oil samples tracked. No spreadsheets, no surprises. Built in Australia for plant-heavy operators.
A skipped service becomes an engine rebuild. The hard part isn't booking the service — it's knowing it's due before the operator does. Burgy gives every machine a visual countdown on screen, the right service kit at the right interval, and an automatic repair job the moment a prestart fails.
A skipped service becomes an engine rebuild. Burgy gives operators the heads-up.
Heavy plant, light vehicles, attachments. One register. Hours or km. Or both.
Failed prestart → repair job in the workshop queue. No phone calls, no whiteboard.
A colour-coded countdown per machine, so the workshop sees the next service before it’s overdue. Service kits per interval (250 / 500 / 1000 / 2000hr) so the workshop knows what to order.
A failed prestart creates a repair job in the workshop queue. Photo evidence is attached. A critical fail flips the machine to out of service and notifies admins.
Every service, who did it and the checklist they completed. Repairs carry their own parts, costs and photos.
Log oil samples in-app and print bottle labels on a sticker printer, with the lab control number kept against the sample. The sampling record lives with the machine's service history.
Burgy knows the difference between ‘didn’t service yet’ and ‘this machine must not run’. Operators see clearly. Supervisors don’t get nasty surprises on Monday morning.
Fleet maintenance software keeps every machine in your fleet on schedule. It tracks service intervals (by hours or km), books the next service before it’s overdue, captures prestarts, logs repair jobs and stores the full service history. The goal is simple: catch the routine service before it becomes an engine rebuild.
Each machine has its own service rules. Plant typically runs in hours (250, 500, 1000, 2000hr intervals). Vehicles run in kilometres. Some machines need both. Burgy carries a colour-coded countdown per machine, so the workshop sees the next service coming before anyone has to chase it.
When it matters. If a service is overdue, the operator is warned when they go to start the machine. Supervisors see the whole fleet at a glance from the dashboard.
A failed prestart automatically creates a repair job. The failed item is captured, photo evidence is attached, and the machine status updates. An item marked critical also flips the machine to out of service and alerts admins, so it stops being handed out in the clock-in and site pickers until someone puts it back in service.
You can log samples in the app and print bottle labels for the workshop, with the lab control number recorded against the sample so it can be matched to the report when it comes back. Burgy does not yet store the analysed lab results themselves — the sample record covers what the mechanic captured at the time: hours on oil, oil added, grade, and whether the oil and filter were changed.
A CMMS is built for broader maintenance — manufacturing lines, facilities, refrigeration, full enterprise plant. Burgy is built for civil and trades fleets specifically. The data model knows about hours-based plant, prestarts, oil sampling and weed-and-seed declarations. A CMMS can be configured to do that — Burgy comes that way.
